1. What is your sample policy?
Free samples: The sample fee will be all refunded after the next order exceeds 500 pieces (accept mixed orders as well).
Sample delivery date: Inventory items, 5-10 days for DHL/UPS, 7-30 days for other methods. 

Please allow us to prepare the items within 3 working days, for domestic transportation to the carrier's warehouse.
2. What is the RTS order quantity?
Our minimum order quantity for RTS is 10 pieces. Different sizes and different colors are ordered in mixed batches, and a bundle of 10pcs in mixed colors.
3. Are there any sign on the stock products ready to be shipped?
For inventory items, there is a logo on it, but there is no contact information, you are free to sell them on your own platform.
4. What is your customized policy?
OEM and ODM are both acceptable. The minimum order quantity is 100 pieces in one color.
If you want to custom labels, the MOQ will be 1000 pieces. Please be assured that our price is equitable and reasonable.
