1. What is your sample policy?
Free samples: The sample fee will be refunded after the next order exceeds 500 pieces (mixed orders are acceptable).
Sample delivery date: inventory items, 5-10 days for DHL/UPS, 7-30 days for other methods. 

Please allow us to prepare the items within 3 working days, for domestic transportation to the carrier's warehouse.
2. What is the RTS order quantity?
Our minimum order quantity is 10 pieces. Different sizes and different colors are ordered in mixed batches, and a bundle of 10pcs in mixed colors.
3. Are there any signs on the stock products ready to be shipped?
